The Agile Blueprint: Elements for Success in Transformation

SESSION overview

In this session, key findings from our ‘Agile talks’ with senior executives from scale-ups, larger established firms, public organizations, and ecosystem experts will take centre stage. Insights on the challenges and solutions of agile transformation bring together practitioners’ lived experience and academic perspectives, fostering actionable research.  We will discuss the strategic enablers essential for facilitating transformation, the cultural shifts and actions needed to embed agility, and the toolkit for supporting change. Based on our research, we will address real-world tensions between transformation and performance, continuity and revolutionary shifts, and the balance of priority and feasibility.
