Fabio Marazzi
As a co-founder and senior partner of BMV-Marazzi&Associati, I lead a team of international business lawyers who specialize in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and regulatory compliance. With more than three decades of experience in the field, I have advised and represented clients from various industries and jurisdictions, such as aerospace and defense, biotechnology, energy, and finance. I have also successfully negotiated and closed multiple deals, contracts, and partnerships with global corporations, institutions, and governments. I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Business and Commercial Law from the University of Leicester and a Master’s degree in Ethics and Bioethics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. I am also an adjunct professor at the Università degli Studi di Pavia, where I teach International Business and Corporate Law, as well as European and International Law. In addition, I am a member of several national and international boards, committees, and organizations, where I contribute my expertise and insights on topics such as cybersecurity and digital rights, dispute resolution, and international business integration. I am passionate about fostering dialogue, collaboration, and innovation among diverse stakeholders and cultures.
