Laura Deborah Locati

I’m a medical oncologist with a long experience in the management of Head and Neck and thyroid cancer, acquired at Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, Milan. I’m the Chief of the Endocrine Task Force of the European Organization for the Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) and a board member of the EORTC Head and Neck Cancer group. I’m the coordinator of the Thyroid Cancer Guidelines on behalf of the Italian Medical Oncology Association (AIOM), in addition, I’m involved in the Guidelines Task Force of the European Society Medical Oncology Guidelines (ESMO) for thyroid and salivary gland cancers. I’m currently the Head of the Medical Oncology Unit at Istituti Clinici Scientifici Maugeri, IRCCS, Pavia and Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at the University of Pavia.
